Hi everyone, I’m excited to announce that I have been short-listed for the Motion Nutrition Health & Fitness Influencer Awards!
On my blog Healthy & Psyched, I try to make wholesome recipes that appeal to a wide audience. It’s my aim to make every recipe contain fruit and/or vegetables (even brownies!) or at least a serving suggestion of how it can be eaten with fruit and vegetables. Some of my ideas of how to incorporate vegetables into a bowl of porridge or typical fruity smoothie, might seem a little different at first, but I can assure you that they’re totally yummy and you’ll have adopted them into your diet in no time if you just give them a chance.
I think there is so much debate over what it means to eat ‘healthy’ and what’s unhealthy. However, it’s hard to argue that fruit and vegetables aren’t good for you! That’s why I take a positive approach to ‘healthy’ eating and want to encourage everyone to get to their ‘5-a-day’.
I have recently started the ‘Plant-based on a budget’ series, which has been very popular. The aim is to create healthy meals with a small price tag. I hope this series will help you to see that you don’t need to spend lots of money on fancy and exotic powders and supplements to eat healthily.
Hopefully you agree with the concept behind Healthy & Psyched and please vote for me ‘Rachel Evans’ as ‘Best Healthy Eating Blogger’ . It’s super simple, all you have to do is click on this link and then vote, you don’t need to leave your email address or any details.
Thank you so much (in advance)
p.s. Let me know in the comments what has been your favourite recipe so far or what else you’d like to see on the site.
