Also please do not take everything you read on my blog as a fact. We are all different and although I love my lifestyle and want to share my experiences, it may not work for you. I love to create recipes that are vegan and free from refined sugars, but I’m not suggesting that you cut out all animal products or sugar from your diet if it is going to make you unhappy to do so.
