This blog shares my personal views on health and wellbeing. Advice and tips are based on my experiences, education, research and opinions – they should not be taken as medical advice. Please note that although I have a MSc in Health Psychology and Nutritional Therapy qualification I am not currently working or insured in either of these professions.

Remember that everyone is unique and what works for one person may not work for another. It is your decision to use and follow the information on this blog. Please seek medical advice before you make a change of lifestyle.

I am happy for you to repost any of the images I share on instagram if you link to my account (@healthyandpsyched) in the comment, but please DO NOT repost my caption if it isn’t relevant to your post.

Sponsored content and affiliate links

Posts are always 100% my own opinion and I will not accept payment or free products to endorse something I don’t believe in. I may, however, use quotes from companies to explain their product or service when I feel that this captures their ethos better than my description would. Any comments on the quality, taste, usability etc. of the product/service will be my personal views.

Since blogging is expensive I sometimes receive payment, discounts and PR samples. I will disclose when a post contains samples. And I only accept and write about products that I would be happy to use myself and that fit with the message of Healthy and Psyched.

Affiliate links are sometimes embedded in posts. This means I would get a tiny percentage of the cost if you bought the product. I am not paid to include these links, and I include them because I want to recommend what I feel are good quality brands. It can be hard to find healthy options (for example, protein powder) and I want to save you the hassle of researching them.

I have tried to be transparent in this disclaimer, but if you have any further questions please email me: .
