Who wants a boring post-work out shake when you could have berry protein icecream?!

his icecream has frozen bananas and berries to make it super thick and help you on your way to 5-a-day. There’s lucuma powder, which is an anti-inflammatory and helps to regulate hormones. Coconut water to restore electrolytes. Protein powder to help repair and build your muscles. And to top it off, the secret ingredient adds extra carbohydrates to fuel those muscles and makes it wonderfully creamy.

What the secret?


This icecream is very filling so I would suggest you have it as a post-workout meal.

Banana icecream- protein and berries

Serves 1
3 of your 5-a-day


  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup frozen sweetcorn
  • 1 scoop MyProtein Vegan Blend
  • 1 tbsp lucuma powder
  • 1/2- 3/4 cup coconut water


  1. Blend all the ingredients together then transfer to a bowl and enjoy.If it isn’t blending well you can either a) be patient or b) add some more coconut water.
