This passionate pink lemonade nicecream (a.k.a. icecream made with bananas and no dairy) is bound to get you excited this valentines day. Its made from 100% natural ingredients but tastes just like pink lemonade! I don’t know why but the raspberry and spicy ginger make it seem almost fizzy.
Pink Lemonade Valentine’s Day Nicecream
Serves 2 as a snack/dessert
(1 for breakfast)
3 of your 5-a-day
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 3/4 cup coconut water
- thumb sized piece of ginger
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- Blend the bananas, berries, coconut water and ginger for about 1 minute until smooth. If you are having trouble blending it, then leave the ingredients to thaw for a few minutes and try again.
- Transfer to two bowls or glasses and top with strawberries and blueberries.
