Do you like making smoothies?
Yes! But I’ve never tried with spinach, I’ve been too much of a coward 🙂 So it’s time to be bit more bold
I’d start of with a handful, and then add more when you get used to it. Spinach is nice because it doesn’t add too much flavour – if you use something like Kale that would be more overpowering.
