I had the pleasure to be interviewed by Authority Magazine about how I survived an eating disorder and why it’s made me so passionate to help others who are suffering. I experienced orthorexia (wanting to eat super ‘clean’) and restrictive eating, followed by bulimia, which was all-consuming and I felt totally hopeless to ever recover. But things got better and now I’m happy to say that I am a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and work with clients to recover from an eating disorder or difficult relationship with food.
In the interview I share my story, including some bits that I don’t think I have shared so publicly before, and offer some advice for if you or a loved one are living with an eating disorder.
