I love to create recipes that are vegan and free from refined sugars, but I’m not suggesting that you cut out all animal products or sugar from your diet if it is going to make you or your body unhappy to do so.

I love smoothies and healthy desserts always go down well. I will admit that breakfast food is my favourite, so you will find mostly breakfast recipes on the blog.
